    Ricoh AFICIO C2050white stripe problem

    Hello, I have this copier that makes a clear line on the printout. I am sending a photo as an attachment, it could be the charging roller? i dont have much experience on this model. thank you so much.

      Clean the laser glasses, if that doesn't sort it, it's one of the dev units.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Agree with Tonermunkeh.. likely a 'toner rock' stuck on the doctor blade causing a void if cleaning the shield glass doesn't fix it.
