hello all i have a probleml jp 5500 model am canon tech i know how tosolve this problem helpme

SC 300 is a charge corona output problem. The charge assembly itself can be accessed by opening the front door, remove the one screw holding it in and disconnect the one corona cleaner connector. It will slide out. If there is no problem evident there, you will have to remove the drum unit. (Be sure and remove the development unit first).
