    Ricoh MPC2503 ghost image

Hi friends. I have a problem with an MP C2503 in a customer that when he makes posters on thick paper with a lot of mass with white letters, these letters then appear repeated but in black as if it were with charge. I put some pictures to make it better. Let's see if with your knowledge I can solve it. The white reflection in the image is from the camera. Thanks.

Black as background is not a good for these kind of MFPs with small diameter drums - even after erasing and charging the drum, there's still a latent image of previous content remaining on the drum leading to this phenomen. You can try choose a dark grey instead of black or run the paper SEF instead of LEF or play with different paper settings with different process speed. I think selecting DPI max setting in driver does also decrease the process speed - it might help but don't expect a miracle.
