    How to reset admin password on a Ricoh SP C440 DN, or how to get into the factory SP mode to reset admin password. Thank you

      If it's online can you not web browse it and log in as supervisor?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hi

          Enter the factory sp mode, than select sp5846-46 sp mode and select EXECUTE buton. Device must be turn off and turn on . You can enter loging by admin user name (without password)
