IM 350 power on and off

Good day!
I have a IM 350 here where the machine goes on after a few icons load the machine says powering off and proceeds to go off , the power on button also requires a few presses before turning on i have unplugged motors , took out the fuser nothing gets it past a few second of on time, any advice ? Thank you

Try unplugging hard drive and restart.

I have tried so still shutting down after 10 secs
