[Jamming] Tap paper settings

Hi there,

There are two Ricoh machine MP9003 and IM 9000.
For tap paper settings, I set up both machines with following settings:
Paper Size: 8 1/2 x 11
paper type: tab stock 0.6 in
paper thickness: 52-81 psg
while working with tap paper, first machine MP 9003 make a copy without any issues but, second machine IM 9000 get a jam at B2 guide.
Regarding two machines are very similar aspect of design & parts, what technical point can fix this problem?
Any ideas please?
