    Down Machine??????????

In the case where a machine will not print. The obvious being you cannot print an SMC report. Is there a way to get information about which SPs are NOT set to default, without going into everyone? Does web monitor have this sort of feature?

I wish it was that complicated lol

Is the machine coming up with an SC code to stop it printing?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

NO codes, no problems right now. I was wondering for future use. I have wanted to look for certain "out of the ordinary" things on head scratching issues. And was unable to print the data. I had to just wing it.

"Wing it" is the name of the game. Although sometimes it's "Fix the customer" or "Cover up sales blunders."
