Clients IT department called me and said the copier is displaying "internal memory is full" message. I had them check for any backed up jobs, faxes, etc.- none stored in memory, they said they checked the HDD and tested it and it tested good, I had them disconnect it from the network as well. I'm not sure of what else could cause this message. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

There should be a SP option in either Scanner SP, Fax SP or both to delete or clear all memory. It only affects the memory/disk space used to store out going faxes until sent, incoming faxes until printed and scan jobs until sent. I had a machine in the Physical Therapy section of a hospital that had the problem.
