    Scanrouter v2 disk full

I have 2 units (savin 2522 and 2527) scanning to our server as windows files. One of the guys got a message this morning that the it couldn't scan. I checked the error logs and it says that there is insufficient disk space on the server. Flipping through the SR manual it looks like its caused by the undeliverable inbox being full. Went to delete the data in there but there was nothing in the inbox. I tried to up the limits of the server disk space but that didn't work. The auto delete option was not selected under the delivery features so I enabled that and have it save for 0 days then set the maintenance to start in the next hour. That didn't work either. I deleted all the scans that were sent to the shared folders and the actual server drive is far from full. The status bar on the bottom of SR says 'services in operation (disk full)'

    What am I missing?

I remember having this before, but I don't recall the exact fix. Start by restarting the SR services and rebooting the SR machine. I might have ran the repair option from the SR disc. If that doesn't work, export your settings and reinstall.

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

check the disk space for your HDD. By default SR will stop services at 250MB. if you have more than 250MB on your drive then go to "server" menu, select "Set Prefernces", and in "error/Disk Space" set the server disk space to 250MB.

      Good luck

        Thanks

Restarting the server then turning the machines on and off worked. Thanks! Glad I didn't have to reinstall SR, I already have too much to do.
