I have a MP9002SP that every time it runs out of paper in drawer 1, the large capacity drawer, and it is replaced, it indicates SC 623-00. I have changed the PFB drawer control board with no positive result. I have also changed the paper sockets in drawers 1 and 2. The error does not appear in all cases when the paper runs out, but when it does appear it is under this circumstance. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Check the wires for the solenoid for the end fence front.I have seen them short to ground. -

SC623 BCU-PFB communication errorMore than 2 in communication errors between the BCU and PFB
were detected after startup, or more than 3 errors were detected
after settings were initialized.
Corrective measures:
- Harness connectors between BCU and PFB loose, broken, disconnected
- Serial line connection unstable
- External noise on the line
- BCU defective
- PFB defective
Normally corrective measures are done starting at the top of the trouble shooting list, not the bottom. 99.99% of the time a communication error between the BCU and another PCB is the wiring harness. That is why it is at the top of the list.Comment

I think you are a God, as I have tested it on one of the machines and it has been working for a week without failure, and today I went to another one that had the same thing and so far it is ok.
In both cases there was a small cut in the solenoid that you indicated.
