Looks to me like you have a problem with the magenta charge roller or magenta developer bias. Remember, laser printing is write to no charge so you apparently are not getting full charge on the magenta drum. Insufficient developer bias could also cause it. Check that none of the charge, bias and ground contacts are damaged and that all ground contact strips in the covers of the PCDU are in place and making proper contact with the roller shafts.
