    Need Help with Fiery

    Hi My customer has a Ricoh C5100s with a fiery e22b

    Weird things just seem to happen. Its working fine and then we get a message invalid paper size. This document has printed many times and to what I know nothing else has changed.

    To be honest, I don't usually sell devices with Fiery on them so helping with this Fiery is not part of my maintenance agreement. But because the machine won't print they seem to think it is.

    Anyways, I am looking for someone with expertise with Fiery to charge my customer for support. The machine functions fine but certain jobs just have issues and I really don't understand how to fix it.

    It mat not be a Fiery issue. It may be a dirty, from paper lint, issue with paper path sensors of the Pro C5100.
