    Octopus?

I am interested in how to access the octopus service? The company I work for was a distributor, once upon a time. And is there a charge?Tnx

I think there's no charge if you are a ricoh dealer/partner - guess there will be no access for third parties.

I believe that you can get an Octopus login but you will not have the same access as an employee of an authorized dealer tech. You will have the same access as an end user.

In Poland, it is paid and only for authorized resellers. The whole service has been based on Microsoft Office 365 for some time and requires Microsoft Authenticator. Ricoh also monitors IP addresses.
