Ricoh IMC5500 and IMC6000 Plastic Bits Jamming Papers

Been having this issue on these Ricoh machines, talking about IMC5500 and IMC6000
Of 35ish machines, about 5 have had this plastic part that bends and jams paper, anyone has any idea what makes this issue or have had same issue?

Friend working on other IMC machines but 5500 and 6000 has never had this problem before with years of service.

Another plastic bit, exactly the same on another brand new IMC6000, calibration in cassette 1 worked perfectly, tested machine in cassette 2 right after and jammed the 2nd paper, first paper came out perfectly.

Still no idea where this piece is coming from and what causes it.

No issues at all after removing the plastic piece, all cassettes working perfect etc etc.

Looks like some maniac was hired on Ricoh's assembly line (for a couple of days)

Color seems identical to other plastic parts from the paper passage covers/guides.
