    Ricoh mp c5503sp . Dirty prints.

    Hello, i have a printing problem.[ATTACH=CONFIG]57138[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]57139[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]57140[/ATTACH]what can it be ? Color calibration done. Same problem.

    You might start with some full page scanned .pdf that we can actually see. Then there are the the PM counters. Did you clean all the optics and the ID sensors? Running Color Calibration properly requires that those be clean and that nothing in the PM counters be near or over target amount.

      Tullio....you do know that the machine has an excellent scanner built right into to it?
      As Tim says.....Use it to provide some sample we can actually see
