I cant seem to login in to the web page monitor. Im assuming factory default setting is still admin and pasword . If it is how can I erase the present pasword . I went to memory clear and executed the NCS part but it didnt change. Can someone help me with this please ?

It is either admin and no password or no username and password is password.
If it has been changed login as supervisor and no password and change back to admin and no password.
If this doesnt work you'll have the clear the ncs settings in nvram.sigpic
