Is the image over the fold or under the fold?

If it's over the fold it sounds like a clutch issue. Check and replaced the timing and transport clutches. If it's under the fold, check the fuser, entrance plate and finisher/transport.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

Actually, I would replace the transport clutch before the reg clutch.

Second this. I've had to do the relay clutch on several 2035s now, due to folding.

If your boss allows change the reg and relay as a set unless very low copy count on the machine. Its worth changing both otherwise often the other will go shortly after and while you have the back off etc.

Also if one tray is used for 80-90 percent of all copies its worth checking the paper feed one as well.

Quite often a simply 5804 on/off check will help you check if the clutchs are working. Switching on and off in rapid succession if you hear nothing or only one or two clicks and then nothing investigate further.
