RICOH sp c261sfnw Brand new but thin black lines

I purchased a new ricoh sp c261sfnw about seven years ago but never used it until now.

It works okay but, there are 3 or 4 thin black horizonal lines extending in for about 2" from the right edge of every page printed.
I removed toner cartridges and gave them a shake as described in the manual. The manual calls these lines "impact lines" ???

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should clean or check to remove these lines?
By the way, the lines do not line up the other pages printed. They are not in the same location from sheet to sheet.
I just noticed that if printing in B&W the lines are black
If printing in color the lines are black, yellow and blue, no Magenta lines

I attached a photo of several printed pages showing the lines and how they do not occur at the same location.

    Thanks
    marty

    try a different driver.

those look very similar to the lines a colleague at work had the other day. he was having loads of fun with his test print because driver is the last thing anyone guessed.

if you look closely there is a pattern though that repeats on every page

Thanks for your suggestion, but I downloaded all the different versions of driver updates directly from RICOH support and then installed them and uninstalled them one by one, up to and including the latest one, and the problem with the lines still is unchanged. Marty

is it doing from a specific program or application or all prints? does it do it when printing internal print like counter or config page too?

Does it from any application, notepad, Word, printing a photo with any photo edit program.
Does it with test pages even if the test page is executed at the printer, (which eliminates any computer drivers, I belive?) config page, etc.
          thanks

              Unfortunately, you are correct. Bummer!

I looked at each drum and the black drum is the worst, on the left side and extending in about 2" is what looks like a cut almost through the plastic. It is not quite a cut but very close to one with places where the plastic has bunched up along the crease. The other drums have marks that are much smaller and the magenta has no mark which makes sense since there are no magenta lines on the printed papers. The largest and darkest lines are from the black toner which is consistent with the damage to that roller.

You are also corrrect in that the price to repair is too high and a new printer is the only choice.

              Thanks again

You could post it in The Parts Room forum specifying that it is in running condition but all drums are bad. Someone might need some of the other parts like motors, PCBs Et Cetera.
