Re: Ricoh MP C305 Scan to Email (Transmission has Failed)
I think by updating the firmware I may get that option about SSL. because in newer models its there but in C304 its not available. According to the configuration report it says unable to connect to SMTP server. It can be due to SSL/TLS, ports or internet connection. Internet connection is working. Gateway and DNS server are all OK. Port 465 for gmail. Also tried 25. Disabled all 3 available TLS. Still no luck.Comment

Re: Ricoh MP C305 Scan to Email (Transmission has Failed)
I am here to get helped or to get advice from the experts. I am new to this Ricoh. If WIM means the web interface then I know this WIM. As I have already mentioned that the Email settings have been configured that shows I have configured it by using WIM. Every brand uses its own names like KM have web connection for WIM. It would be better if solutions would be shared here.

Re: Ricoh MP C305 Scan to Email (Transmission has Failed)
From my experience, the first thing you do in these situations is update the FW. In this case, I don't think the C305 can support SSL. You may need to use a different email server and credentials that do not require SSL.Comment
