SC320 on Ricoh aficio 1035

I checked all the laser unit connections and they seemed OK. I even wiped the mirrors inside the laser units but still couldn't get rid of the problem. Any ideas?

Reset laser beam pitch for both 400/600 this will sort the problem out

Laser beam pitch adjustment is for service code 322/326 only. for sc320, you will need to replace the polygon motor.

SC 320 : Polygon motor error
The polygon motor does not reach its
operating speed within 25 seconds
after the polygon motor on signal, or
the lock signal is still activated for
more than 2 seconds after the
polygon motor off signal.
I/F harness at the polygon drive motor
disconnected or defective
Polygon motor or polygon motor driver
defective
Polygon motor drive pulse not output
correctly
LOCK signal could not be detected

Rplc the poly motor and your problem is fixed.

Sc320 on Aficio 1035

I did replace the polygon motor and i am a one happy man. It did solve the problem perfectly. Thanks for you help and concern guys. Its really appreciated.
