    ricoh mpc5503 , problem scanner .

    scanner problem. network printer , copy , ok . formatted hdd, same problem.the scanner folder scanner is not there.Thank you

    Try to update the firmware.

      In service Check application invalidation settings
      Check 5895 -02 scanner application is set to 0
      1 is off
      0 is on

          I forgot about that. When set to 2, "Function limitation", "On board NIC" is limited only for the NRS or LDAP/NT authentication.
