    MP c3504scan to email,

    a customer had installed a SLNX on the printer and when the contract is ended and i returned the MFP i could not make a scan to email by SMB

    is there a procedure that returns the machine sitting as it was? ,i've tried to make (system sitting+#) but no results,also SP mode as well?withoit making clear memory,

    Well first SBM is not scan to email, it is scan to folder.

    That being said, the C3504 is probably looking for the SLNX server regardless of the type of scan. The application needs to be properly uninstalled from the C3504. This is for the C360/C361 but the procedure should be the same regardless of model. Uninstalling applications

      thank you sir for your reply,
      i have uninstalled all pograms which added to the machine,no results,

        Simply uninstalling SLNX from the MFP is not enough.

        There are a bunch of SPs and user switches that SLNX changes, and must be set back.

        The only approved method is to use the uninstall procedure from the SLNX server itself.

        Depending on the model, it may also be necessary to perform a Java clear, and perhaps even an SOP (Smart Operation Panel) factory reset, which includes reloading firmware and the SOP apps that are dependent on the version of the SOP.

        In short, removing SLNX completely is a complete pain in the @ss.
