my printer show the error "replace print cartridge" i called the maintenance man, he opened "sp mode" and put 7930# execute and reboot the printer and solved that issue

after he left i open "sp mode" but not found this code at table 7000

But did you ever properly replace the imaging cartridge? AIO stands for All In One and the technical name for the imaging cartridge.

You mean the replace print cartridge message? That is not an error message. It is an operator notification that the print cartridge MUST be replaced. SP 5200HA AIO Print Cartridge | Ricoh USA
