The SC990 is an internal SC-code. This code is only logged and is not visible on the display. I think the SC990 isn't a problem. I've seen this a lot of times on the SMC-list without causing trouble.
The SC546 has something to do with an unstable fusing temperature. Check thermistors and the connection between the fusing unit and the machine. In the worst case you should replace the power supply.Comment

Which of the codes are after the fuser rebuild and after the drum unit rebuild.
990 can be caused by so many things, loose connection, arcs (pcu, transfer) shorts, fuser. It doesnt have a hd, right?sigpic

no hd correct. seems as though sc both started after install of rebuilt pcu .dont have a lot of faith in rebuilt 1022 pcuComment

Well, I can only say that pcu is not designed to be rebuilt, but my guess would be something to do with the drum or charge roller.sigpic
