Try a super flush in service mode. If that fails it's new engine time I'm afraid.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Got to be one of the worst machines ever.

Had quite a few run ins with these machines.

Replace the Maintenance Assembly Part Number: B229 2012.

This assembly is part of the engine unit and more than likely there is a blockage in it.

A quick fix while you order this assembly is to remove it and clean it.

Its located at the rear of Machine, Behind removable casing-two plastic screws.

Remove the stepping motor and photointerupters from the assembly and put some washing up liquid on the unit and give a good clean under hot water, allow it to dry. Make sure all pipes are clean by blowing through them, rebuild and stick back in machine.

Go into user settings, maintenance and flush all heads a couple of times.

I've attached a troubleshooting guide. On page 4 there is quite a few handy sp modes to change if the machine is in an office with quite high humidity.

      Hope this helps.
