We have 2 brand new installs of IM 2500's neither machine is recognizing the SR 3250 internal finishers or punch unit 3070's that are installed. diagnostic page print out shows no firmware for attached finisher and panel shows no finisher available. I'm aware of bulletin #06 concerning a part change for the SR 3250 motor driver but don't think that is an issue that would cause it not to be seen by machine. Finisher cycles when undocked-docked but shows no open cover or indicator when undocked. Latest firmware is loaded still no go...strange one for sure. TIA.
