[Jamming] Mpcw2201- paper not cutting once it match.

HI.
Good evening.

PROBLEM : Paper not gets cut after matching. mpcw2201.It is role bak and says paper empty.
If you off the Auto paer selection its cuts and possible print cointer sheet. single feeder only.
There is no jam singe .

Replaced parts:
Encoder strips.
Dress sensor.
Upgrade with latest firmware.
Clean all the sensor feed unit ext path.

If any body known this issue.please update.

Check all connections to the roll feeder. Check that the roll of paper is properly mounted on the roll holder and that the holder is properly placed in the drawer.

Paper feed feeding and matching normaly . But not cutting. Head will moove left to right and after that cutter is not mooving and then paper roleback.

YouTube is the best bet unless you are familiar to creating videos on other platforms. Just click on the camera icon at the top right and select upload.

Looks like it is not able to properly identify the lead edge of the paper in order to start printing.

If it is like that,if i turned off the auto paper selection i am able to pring the counter sheet.
i upgrade with latest firmware as well.
Any way thank you for your support and your time.
