[Misc] Savin IM 3500 B/W fax TX print report

I've got a customer that only wants a fax confirmation to print out when a sent fax fails. Normally there's an option in settings along the lines of (Print - Only TX fails), but all I see for instant transmission and fax confirmation reports are Print \ Do Not Print. I checked the parameters on the bit switches as well but couldn't find anything. Also checked from the web browser and didn't see anything there either. It doesn't appear to be an option on this machine but I wanted to check before I tell them it's all or nothing.

Transmission errors will always print whether Communication result reports is on or off.
Turn them off
