Error SC 995-1.
I have had to replace the Frams and the Eprom, I have not been able to make the Backup.
How can I insert the serial number?

As far as I remember you should check SP5811. You must be in Special service mode.

Fact, has tried already to enter Factory Mode and to insert the SNs in the bicu and in the fram but later to the reboot of it always gives the same error.

Try checking / setting SP5907-01 "Plug and play Maker / Model Name" (in factory mode?) I seem to remember having trouble entering a serial number on an older machine when this was not entered first. Read the manual for correct setting method.

SP 5811 assumes you have saved the NVRAM to SD card and the uploaded onto the new NVRAM (?) before entering the serial number, but if you can't do this because the NVRAM is crashed?????

Following the sudden breakdown of the NVRAM you/he/she has been impossible to make the Backup on SD, as I have described above, after the substitution I have had to manually insert the values of the defaults value and later to insert the SN with 5811 from SP.

From SP mode you can be inserted only a SN, if you enters SP mode Factory, (c) 143 < c > 2" < c >, the SNs can be inserted in the BICU and in the FRAM.
Everything this has been useless because, as I have already described, continuous to give me error SC995-1 to the reboot.
