    Ricoh MP7000

    Hi friends,
    What can be done to solve intermittent SC551 in MP7000? Thermistors replaced, Engine firmware updated. Error get reset in SP mode reset, but repeats after 2,3 days. Only 100k copies done so far.

      Does the thermistor make good contact with the hot roller? Hot Roller dirty?

          Check the wall voltage for steady voltage. Check the hot roller for a flat spot also. You also might want to replace the thermal switches. We like to replace all three with the high temp unit (AW110066).
          the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
