Hi, I have a problem with the scanner and copying in this model.Machine prints well but black stripes appear when scanning and copying .Picture attached.Anyone had a similar problem?Thanks for info on how to fix it.

If you are really you have some major contamination of the CIS, Contact Image Sensor, glass that can be cleaned off. If not, you're looking at having the CIS replaced.
