    [Misc] Printer Driver Packager NX no printer support

    Hi,

    If a specific printer like MP C4054 is not in the ricoh printer driver packager NX list, can i use other printer driver model names like mpc 5000?

      MP C4054? Don't you mean 'MP C4504'?
      Being from the Cxxx4 Series, it's strange that it doesn't recognize it. Have you tried downloading the latest version of the software? In any case, you can compile or prepare the "modified" driver, using the original driver downloaded from the web, or in your default to use the 'Universal' and adjust it to your needs.
      "ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.

          Or maybe the B/W MP 4054.

              Make sure the Printer Driver Packager NX is updated, latest is 1.1.26 (released Feb 2023).

              Support for MP C***4ex (assuming you are meaning this model range) was fixed in 1.1.12.
