Went ot work on this for a customer that purchased this machine from another vendor and now will not service it for them. Had the message: replacement required: right ink sump. Call for service. So I replaced the ink sump, reassembled, and tested. Went into sp mode 2505-002 and reset with the execute. Seemed pretty straight forward. Exit the SP mode and the message is still displaying. Am I missing a step or do I need another sp code? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
