    ricoh color problem

    i have ricoh mpc 5503, when i print color seem like not stick (double image). when i print b&w no problem...whats the problem. help.. tq

    More than likely the fusing temperature for the paper type, as little as 3 degrees C too high or too low can cause offsetting

      Well few things to check newer oiless machines have special toner with lubrication at fusing verify you are using original toners , also check for paper humidity and type of paper used on the tray selection as well fuser life and or if fuser was a remanufacturated , check for for correct nip.
