Is there a way to erase the web interface administrator password . I tried doing a memory clear in service mode and executing NCS but it doesnt work on this model unlike the 2238 series .Also did the user tools counter , System settings, administrator tools . but the program change administrator is blanked out. Now what ? I also tried inputting fax numbers in the address book management settings and completed 50 of them but when I went back to operating the fax the presets did not show up on the display. Whats up with this ? Any ideas any one ?
