    [Error Code] SC534-02 Ricoh MPC4502

    Hello,

I tried everything. I remmit to service manual, says something about third fan, I unmount it, interchange it, and nothing. I tested all fans, everyone turn on and sounds when turn on, I saw turn on too everyone. I have no idea what is the problem, some hand for me (thanks for understand my basic english).

Third duct fan would be SC534-001. SC534-002 is the tube fan.

Yes, I agree. The tube fan is a black tube, there is on power supply. But i dont now how this fail. The duct is not blocked. Near of black pump is a little sensor with a screw, is that the sensor of this duct fan? sincerely this problem is too rare.

The error is a motor lock failure. That means it controller has not detected motor reaching full speed. The speed is usually detected by some type of sensor built into the motor.

I found the solution. That was a very Hard problem to solve. In the power supply, near to principal wire connector, the machine has a fan. The power supply that I had and another one doesn't have it. I compared with another machine, and immediately saw that. The manual refers a duct 3rd fan, that is not the problem. The problem is the power supply fan.
