Richo c3010 problem with printx and card reader.

I have set up the printers using Printix, but there is a problem with the card reader, as sometimes the printer does not react to the card. After a restart, it works. I also encounter issues with email, as it sometimes works inconsistently.

The card reader is supported by Printix, and SMTP is set up. I've also accessed service mode and activated Auth Form Field Replacement.

Does anyone know what to do?

Card reader has to be set to active in Screen service mode

It could be that "Screen Device Always Connection setting" is not set to active.
If this isn't set then once the panel goes into sleep it will also deactivate its USB-ports until it is woken up again.

Go into Operation panel SP to find this setting. Starting from the XX10 series you can access this from the usual SP mode.

Yes I have tried this, I also set the machine to not go to sleep within 60min but it did not work. I am wondering if there is something on the clients network that blocks.
