[Error Code] MP 402 SOP & Card Reader

Hi all,
I have a MP 402 that is giving me a problem on the SOP.
The customer is running PaperCut with a card reader. T

The problem is that the card reader does not authenticate anymore. If you go into screen features and want to change card reader settings you get the error attached.

I did a Android update through recovery mode but no luck. Even with the card reader unplugged I get the same error.
Anyone had this before?

Haven't had this particular error but I have had the various apps of the SOP-panel crash in a similar way.
Usually only when the panel is about to croak but yours seem to still be fine.

I'd attempt a package update to see if it can update/reload the apps.
Worst case scenario and you'll probably have to factory reset the panel(Ricoh dissuades this).

Hi there!
Had a similar problem, the machine had lost Vendor/Product ID.
Go over WIM - Device Settings - Program/Change USB Device List
