CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW TO GET INTO SERVICE MODE ON THE RICOH SP C410DN PRINTER? (Product code -G160)

I NEED TO DO A MEMORY DUMP...IP ADDRESS WON'T CLEAR, AND TRAY 1 WILL NOT DETECT CORRECT PAPER SIZE.

MACHINE WAS RECENTLY SHIPPED TO AN ACCOUNT OUT OF STATE AND CAN NOT USE PAPER TRAY...BYPASS WORKS FINE.

or
hold down the up and down keys together for about 5 seconds then press the enter key.
