    SR 910 not folding straight

this SR 910 booklet maker finisher is on a 2238c. this seems quite tricky coz its only a few mm out. an A4 folded in half is not touching all corners. obviously its not folding straight.

Page B602-13 of the service manual for this crap finisher decribes how to check for the gears meshing/timing correctly on the folding plate assembly. it worked for me with a similar issue to that one you described. Also check the gnashers on the timing belt.Good luck Ash

If the pressure rollers for folding are dirty it can also cause skew and mis folding.
