mp 3500,aficio 3045

i have these two machines showing jams at c that won't clear. All sensors are functioning from input check. Any ideas?

Someone may have wired up the door switches wrongly.
This would stop the machine clearing a jam.

I agree with Ollie1981. Most of the times the problem it's in the interchange unit area. If everything is clear and no pieces of paper in the interchange unit, check the bridge unit too.
