I am not too familiar with these beasts as we only have 1 out there, anyway the heap we do have is only printing/copying on half the page, ie. only half the image is formed on the page. Sometimes it's as much as 90% of the image, sometimes as little as 25%. There is a fairly new drum in this machine and it has been thoroughly cleaned, any help would bevery welcome.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

Seems like ITB Cleaning Unit, the gears on the front side are not in right position, or there is a problem with the spring clutch on drive mechanism. Also check PTR and his spring clutch.

Both the ITB and PTR clutches (same part number) are notorious for causing this kind of problem. Good news is they are wrap spring clutches, and very easy to take apart, clean up, and regrease. Biggest cause of failure is the grease in them dries up - can be as big a problem in brand new clutches as old worn ones, so either clean up the old ones, or "upgrade" the grease in new ones. Use a good dose of teflon grease and you won't have any more problem with them, because they can be a pain to get to - especially if you have an internal fiery.
