    SR3020 Booklet Finisher

This has an upper tray that wont stop on its way down, and this is at initialization, it flags the limit photocell and should stop but it doesnt it just grinds away at the drive.
The thing is I dont think it should be going down in the first place at initialization, I think it should go up slightly then down and stop. I havent seen but one of these tho. the photocell checks out OK.
    Any ideas?

Is this one of the finishers with the arms that hangs down in the elevator tray? If it is, check that is is actuating the proper sensors and that the bracket that holds the actuator isn't bent or out of sorts.

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

Yes it is, there is one long actuator with 2 pcs to sense paper full and 2 more actuated by the two foam rollers for some damn reason.
