Paper Jam in A followed by error code sc320 (poly Mirror Motor error) followed by a sc541 I have seen a few of these and all have been resolved by replacing the BICU. Has any one figured out what component on the board fails?

Just a thought. Make sure it's the board and not one of the safety switches that's dirty. I check the simple things, first. The wiring diagram will tell you what switches it could be. This is not to say your problem is not the board. Low power can kill them quick. US military bases are notorious for this.
