Re: MP C4504EX No Print Application
Has it ever had a Fiery attached to it? Could be the print application has been invalidated or the NIC / USB ports are switched off. It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Thank You! This is an "Off Lease" machine we picked up from a warehouse in Fla. ... Not sure of the history... I'll look into it further...Comment

That's weird - I'd probably start and restore all user/admin settings to factory default. And also clear the SP modes (no "clear all" of course) and format HDD.
In case onboard NIC/USB is disabled via SP you might also have this problem.Comment

Re: MP C4504EX No Print Application
Off Lease machines could have previously been installed at a US Government site. Before releasing a machine the government IT people usually do not remove all settings that were made at installation other than purging the address book, network settings and HDD. They then return the Network Security setting to 0. Many Settings changed while at a higher security level either be greyed out or disappear entirely and also will not be listed when printing Non Defaults in SP mode.Comment
