    AF3224 scan2mail users not displayed

    Hi Guys

    I had a AF3224 that had a problem that it will just say "Printing...." when i reset the job it will display "Resetting Job.." the whole time. I formatted the HD, with no success. I reset the Printer Application Memory which seem to short out the problem. (The was setup to Lock Print). Then, having formatted the HD i had to reprogram the email add. for scan2mail. Administrator Auth. is switched on. I logged in and the email. adds and set them as Destanations and Senders. I exited and insert one of the customers user codes. No email users appears on the scanning screen. I disabled the Admin. Auth. and tried to program a new user. The previous programmed user are now also gone. Add the new user which now is the displayed in the scanner screen. I enabled the Admin. Auth. again. Now if i goto the addresbook all the previous user are there plus the one i installed install with Admin Auth disabled.

    The scan2mail also now does not want to work. It send to a normal server with nothing fuuny or any authentication needed.

    Any ideas?
