y have two cl 7000 and when y put paper in by pass in A4R, the paper jams in the two?? in A4 posicion copy ok.
if y put the tray in A4R, copy ok to?
Y must do any configaration for by pass?

Check the paper size sensor, maybe detected wrong paper size...good luck

You may have to set correct bypass size from the print driver if this occurs only when sending a print command.
