I am having an odd problem with 2x LD160's. Both of them have given SC550, which is obviously fuser web end. But on investigation, in one case the web had only been recently replaced and was showing 8% on the counter and physically it looked to be operating fine. I reset the 'web used' count back to zero as it was almost new. I recently PM'd the machine and gave the sensor a good clean and so far no problem (about one week). The other one I looked at today was showing 65%, the web looked fine and only half used. I reset the counter to zero and then reset the Sc code and went back in and set the usage to 50% and the machine was happy as Larry.....
Has anyone else come across this, just incase they pop up again.
