scan router lite v.2

Hy
y have a dificult to instal a can route, can you help if y forget somthing??
1- y creat a shared folder
2- y instal a scan router lite
3-y chek in the copier if the ip of transfer of files is the same of the pc.
4-the device is to ok
5-the fate was created to, that is the shared folder
6-the windows have a user whit password
7-y reboot the pc and the copier
8-y desable the firewals
and the copier don,t comunique whith the server??

what y do wrong?

Did you set the I/O address on your scan router ?
Did you turn 'on' the delivery service ?
Can you update your address on your copier ?
Did you try a scanner reset on your NVRAM ?
Did you open a tcp port at 3670 on firewall setting ?
Did you set delivery option to twain on the copier ?

Very glad it's working now. Something may have been messed up on the network or the PC just needed one more reboot. Be grateful for a magic fix.

Was going to also say. If not setup on a server this program can be a little devil as many people do not properly remove Firewall/Security software and no amount of finagling will allow it to communicate with the Copier. Also Windows Firewall will not let it through until you add the program to its accepted ports. Think its the last .exe in the Ridoc folder.
