Ricoh Aficio 1027 Copier with fax board

When I received a fax message on the copier the character size printed out is bigger than the original sent out by a fax machine and does not cover the whole page. How can I do the setting so that the received fax message character size is the same as the original and paper size.

You could do a memory clear for the fax application.

Thx Eric 1968. Did a memory reset for fax reception switch 03 all to 0.
The size of character return to normal.
